Join me for a calming and gentle yoga practice designed to help you feel good in your body and take a little time for yourself. This class is all about slowing down, moving mindfully, and letting go of any tension from the week.
We’ll flow through poses that focus on movement, balance, and connection to your breath. I’ll offer plenty of options along the way so you can make the practice your own—whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years.
Think of it as your mid-morning pause to reset, recharge, and leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and ready for the rest of your day.
