No need to be super fit, thin, or perfect. Yoga is a practice to support you in becoming stronger, calmer, and more balanced—inside and out. I am offering three welcoming and rejuvenating Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin style yoga classes in Petersfield and Havant for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

Expect mindfulness, breath work and dynamic, rejuvenating sequences. My classes are designed to help you unwind at the end of a busy day. Yoga is proven to ease stress, reduce anxiety, and improve physical fitness [1], so come along and let go of anything that does not serve you through the practice of yoga.

Yoga Flow with Mika

Leigh Park Wednesdays 6-7pm

Take a midweek pause and join me for a yoga class designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind. This inclusive session combines grounding breathwork, mindful movement, and soothing relaxation, creating a balanced flow that’s perfect for all levels.

Whether you’re looking to release tension, build strength, flexibility or simply carve out some time for yourself, this practice offers plenty of options to adapt to your needs. About Mika

I am a certified and insured Yoga teacher, passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of Yoga with my students. My commitment is to provide a safe, informed, and genuine environment in every class.

I first discovered Yoga during my Ph.D. studies and immediately felt its profound benefits for both my physical body and mental wellbeing. Yoga has since become a cornerstone of my life, supporting me through a fulfilling academic career where I’ve worn many hats including researcher, lecturer, programme lead and departmental research coordinator.

One of the aspects of Yoga that resonates deeply with me is its inclusivity. Yoga welcomes everyone, regardless of their background or ability. It’s a personal practice devoid of ego; each individual’s journey is unique. What matters most is honouring ourselves and practicing in a way that best serves our wellbeing.

I create my Yoga classes as sanctuaries where you can discover balance, peace and revitalisation. Drawing from my dual background in Yoga and academia, each session is thoughtfully designed to offer a holistic and enriching experience.
